Sales Manager/ผู้จัดการแผนกขาย

 Role and Responsibilities:

•Responsible for all Sale and Distribution strategies and plans.
•Manage Sales, Reservation, Help Desk, and Charter team
•Plan and manage own department budget and control costs within set budgets and actively assess and implement cost saving initiatives and improved working practices.
•Achieve growth, acquire business opportunities, expand partnership, and hit sales targets by successfully execute sales activities through various channels.
•Recruit, train, coach and monitor all performance of sales representatives.
•Develop and implement sales procedures and policies in line with the industry best practices. Set up sales call plans, daily, weekly & monthly reporting mechanisms and ensure that the appropriate selling skills are suitably employed
•Present sales strategies, sales results and performance, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts relates to sales activities to the management team.
•Understand the competitive landscape and market trends and able to identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition threats.
•Be accountable for day to day workload distribution and performance of all responsibility areas.
•Undergo regular performance management with Head of Commercial for own performance, including performance targets.
•Maintain smooth operation of Reservation and Group desk and monitor performance

Qualifications:

•University Degree (Bachelor) in relevant field and Master Degree in a related field shall be an advantage •Minimum of 3 years’ experience as Sr.Supervisor/Manager with revenue budget responsibilities •Experienced in working within a sales team nationwide or regionally.
•Fluent in both English and Thai (spoken & written)
•Minimum TOEIC score 600

•High sense of coordinating with team members and other departments in the company
•Excellence in communication and able to work under pressure with time limitation
•Possess personal traits: friendly, mature, humble, honest, and meticulous. Excellent people skills. •Outward going and able to present & speak in public
•Ability to maintain high confidentiality, tactful and discretion when dealing with people.
•Ability to make administrative/procedural decisions and judgments.
•Standard computer literacy associated with this role
•Able to travel domestically and abroad
•Excellent in Microsoft office skills
•Strong analytical and problem solving skills
•Ability to adapt to work with various system tools
•Aviation background would be advantage
