The airline’s mission is to meet the increasing travel demands of domestic and international travelers by providing punctual flights and a high quality of service.

Business Development Manager

Role and Responsibilities:

•Responsible for managing all operational commercial activities and solutions including: contract document management, contract performance management, contract change management, contract growth/scope management, sub-contractor /partner contract management, supplier standard T&Cs, customer/subcontractor/supplier contract negotiations
•Lead strategic account development plans thereby maximizing development and growth opportunities
•To build strategic relationships within the aviation industry
•Responsible for making commercial contracts, agreements and activities within the Aviation Industry •Prepare LF%, Average Fare, passenger numbers pick up, and sales performance as daily basis both historic and advance bookings through various systems together with competitor fare monitors and reporting systems.
•Monitor and analyze individual airline sales figures and trends, investigate reasons for changes and disseminate information to all stakeholders making recommendations and ensuring corrective actions
•Work independently in the absence of supervision
•Manage the territory budget preparation process, to ensure the sales and revenue opportunities are maximized
•Determine the growth opportunities to ensure an effective sales and market coverage.
•Coordinate with external and internal key Authorities functions •Recruit, train, coach and monitor all performance of the team

Qualifications:

•University Degree (Bachelor) in relevant field and Master Degree in a related field shall be an advantage •Minimum of 3 years’ experience as Sr.Supervisor/Manager with revenue budget responsibilities •Experience in working with sales and marketing team nationwide or regionally.
•Fluent in both English and Thai (spoken & written)
•Minimum TOEIC score 600

•High sense of coordinating with team members and other departments in the company
•Excellence in communication and able to work under pressure with time limitation
•Possess personal traits: friendly, mature, humble, honest, and meticulous. Excellent people skills. •Outward going and able to present & speak in public
•Ability to maintain high confidentiality, tactful and discretion when dealing with people.
•Ability to make administrative/procedural decisions and judgments.
•Standard computer literacy associated with this role
•Able to travel domestically and abroad
•Expert in Microsoft Excel and excellent in Microsoft office skills
•Strong analytical and problem solving skills
•Ability to adapt to work with various system tools
•Aviation background would be advantage
